What Does It Mean to Have a Strong Constitution?

November 16, 2019

When someone refers to someone else as having a “strong constitution,” they usually mean that the person is of strong mind and body.  They see that person as having a grounded, centeredness about them – a hardy, stable core and foundation, from which all else stems.

A hardy stable core and foundation comes from a healthy, vital and balanced nervous system.  All that we are, respond to, communicate effectively with, defend against and adapt to requires a nervous system generating from an "energy rich" state.

We live in a culture of information overload that we have a challenging time keeping pace with.  We accumulate more tension and stress then our bodies allow.  This often results in an energetically imbalanced nervous system, musculo-skeletal dysfunction and, all too often, a system wide fight or flight response.  It is during these times, when a nervous system is in an "energy poor" state, that we have the most difficult time attaining and sustaining health and well-being.

Network Spinal Analysis/Network Chiropractic unlocks patterns of stored stress and tension, by gently “resetting” the nervous system and liberating bound energy that allows for greater brain/body connection. Through gentle and precise contacts to the spine, two unique healing waves develop, providing greater levels of nervous system organization. Patients often experience a positive and sustainable shift in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual quality of their lives.

So, If you've said to yourself, "what happened to me, I used to be so strong and centered?" or you don't understand and have no plausible explanation as to why you just can't seem to heal fully, It most assuredly has to do with the state of your nervous system, its energy availability and a lack of integration or dis-integration of the system.

The testimonial below gives you a sense of what's possible when a hardy, stable and balanced foundation is restored and transformed with Network Care.

"When I first met with Dr. Larry, I was broken in too many ways to list. I had recently fallen and hurt my back. Having been through a micro lumbar discectomy when I was 25 years younger, I didn’t want to go through the pain-med approach or the fear of receiving regular chiropractic adjustments to my spine. Through an integration of gentle, light touch Network Care and Awaken Wellness Coaching, I am feeling the best that I have ever felt in over 40 years."
